Oil SPCC Update: How Do the Ongoing Changes Affect You?
| OnDemand Webinar (93 minutes) | $249.00 |
The oil spill prevention control and countermeasures rules did not change much over the first 30 years of their existence. However, in 2002, the EPA published new proposed rules and the EPA is continuing to tweak and modify those rules, including the streamlining and clarification efforts associated with the 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 changes, changing the effective date over and over again. With most of EPA’s changes complete, this OnDemand Webinar will address the big changes presented by the numerous Federal Register announcements.
Learning Objectives:
•You will be able to recognize SPCC plan elements.
•You will be able to discuss inspection and testing.
